代理词（agency-opinion）· 民商事诉讼代理意见统一起草器

本技能统一起草各类代理词。先判定两件事：①写哪种模式（庭前"代理意见" / 庭后"补充代理意见"）；②属于哪个审级（一审 / 二审 / 再审）。再据此加载相应写法。核心理念：代理词围绕争议焦点展开、有破有立、法理情兼顾；补充代理意见只"补"不"重复"。

0 | 模式与审级判定（务必先做）

0.1 两种模式

模式	何时用	定位	是否需要庭审情况
A 代理意见（庭前/开庭准备代理词）	开庭前或开庭时提交，作为正式发表的代理意见	系统、正面阐述己方全部主张与论证，搭建完整论证体系	否（基于诉状/答辩状/证据/要件分析）
B 补充代理意见（庭后）	庭审结束后、法庭指定的庭后提交期内	针对庭审暴露的新焦点、薄弱环节、对方新抗辩、法官关注点做补充强化，不重复前期已充分论证内容	是（结合庭审实际情况，见第 3 节三级降级）

判定方法：用户说"开庭要用/庭前/agency-opinion/代理意见"→模式 A；说"庭后/补充/开完庭/补充代理意见"→模式 B。不明确时一问澄清。
