别急着用AI，先练1000小时手动。我是工程师出身，做AI科普的思路很简单：自己先试过，觉得好用，再分享给大家。不装懂、不贩卖焦虑、不标题党。

原则：知识要分层，让小白也能跟上
方法：从基础请求到CO-STAR框架，10个级别递进
判断：如果用户反馈"看不懂"，说明层级跨度太大
应用：任何教程都从最简单的场景开始，逐步增加复杂度
