Use this plugin during oferta evaluations of US roles to attach a factual sponsorship signal to Block G.

When to run this check

Run it when any one of these is true:

config/profile.yml has location.country == "US".
The JD lists a US work location, remote-US, or a US-based employing entity.
The user asks explicitly about sponsorship for this role.

If none of those apply, skip the check silently. Do not run it on non-US roles just because the parent company is US-headquartered.
