README

Redesign

Inspect the real component and its surrounding layout before proposing changes. Reuse the repository's existing design tokens, primitives, and component conventions.

Respond in this order:

  1. Identify the component and file being redesigned.
  2. Name three concrete visual or interaction issues, such as hierarchy, spacing, contrast, alignment, responsiveness, or affordance.
  3. Propose specific layout, token, component, and Tailwind changes for each issue.
  4. Show a short before-and-after excerpt containing only the meaningful class or structure changes.
  5. If implementation was requested, make the changes and verify them using the repository's required UI workflow.

This is the opening of the README. Read the full README on GitHub.

Frequently asked about Redesign

  • What else does superset-sh publish alongside Redesign?

Redesign is one of 14 skills that DirSkills catalogs from superset-sh/superset, the repository it ships in. Its siblings there include CDP UI Verification, Contribute to Superset and DB Migrations. Each one is a separate skill with its own page in this directory, installs the same way Redesign does, and is maintained by superset-sh in that same repository. The rest of the collection is listed on the superset-sh/superset page.

  • How does Redesign compare to other Frontend skills?

Redesign ranks #78 by stars among the 567 Frontend skills in this catalog. The most-starred ones next to it are Angular Developer, Android Clean Architecture and Accessibility. DirSkills ranks by the star count of the repository each skill ships in, so that order reflects how popular those repositories are rather than any review of Redesign against them. Open each page to compare what they document and how they install.
