针对中国法律问题进行系统性检索与分析，输出一份结构简洁、依据透明的《法律研究报告》（仅 Markdown 格式）。研究框架参考 IRAC/CREAC 推理模式，一手权威资料经法律检索后端（元典/北大法宝，运行时自动适配+灾备，见 profile.md「外部能力后端」）校验，二手文献经 SEARCH.* 搜索引出线索。
