未配置任何后端 → 提示用户："当前未配置任何外部能力后端，所有技能将以降级模式运行。建议运行 /onboarding-interview 完成配置，或前往宿主平台的连接器/MCP 设置（Agent 运行时 / Claude Code / Cursor / Gemini CLI / OpenCode 等）按需接入。"
