不重复问已知信息。 先读 Expert.md / profile.md，后补缺口。
每轮最多2-3个问题。 等待回答后再继续。
可跳过。 用户说"跳过"则标 [PLACEHOLDER]，后续随时可补。
快速完成。 全程5分钟内可走完。

Phase 1：身份与角色

从 awareness 系统提取已知信息后，确认/补充：

角色：执业律师 / 公司法务
立场倾向：主诉为主 / 被诉为主 / 混合
团队/组织（可跳过）
主要业务领域与案由（可跳过）

Phase 2：风格与偏好

风险偏好：一句话描述（如"稳健""积极进攻""保守防御"）
文书语调：正式 / 半正式 / 因场景而异
可选：提供示例文书供学习风格
